There is no shortcut to success.  Guy Kawasaki entrepreneur behind Alltop.com mentioned there is only hard work behind his success.  Once I found this acronym TINA  which means There Is No Alternative, very influential.  It read like "There Is No Alternative" to hard work.  You have to work hard and hard to get success.  At least that is my mantra for success.

Years of research into finding what leads to success, Richard St. John's summaries them into 8 secrets and 3 minutes. A short video but very compelling, I found out on TED .
